Dwarfing the other members of the Voltron Force, Hunk is only slightly above average size for the tiger variety (Siberians being the largest cats and Animans on Earth) Still, he's content to follow instead of lead, using his strength only when needed.      A Taurus Tiger, he's extremely dependable, practical, and loyal, if a little short-tempered and argumentative on occasion.  He's usually the most stable and unshakable of the team, however, usually doing his best to use his Buddhist/Taoist beliefs to keep him calm.        Hunk's talents lie in mechanics and engineering.  He knows the workings of the lions inside and out, and is usually the one to shoot down insane weapon ideas ("Black Hole Generator?  What color is the sky in your world?")  He's a powerful fighter, capable of crushing smaller enemies in his huge-clawed hands.      Normally jovial, Hunk bears the brunt of many jokes with a grin and sometimes a bearhug.  He's especially partial to little Pidge, who is perhaps his greatest tormentor.  He'll never turn down a hunting trip, and his mass belies his speed and agility; he's usually the one to bring down large prey after a chase.  On his own, just leisurely relaxing is entertainment enough... that and snacking.  He's one of the very few castle residents whom not only can, but has challenged Nanny's authority and won, especially in the kitchen!

Seki no Kiiroi Shishi

The lion of earth, Yellow Lion's home base is in Sphinx Mesa in the Saakm't Desert.  The power source is an
elemental earth crystal, and her attacks are all earth, rock or sand based.  One of the two mid-sized lion mechs,
she becomes the left leg of Voltron.
