Quick-witted
and short of temper, Lance tends to show more of his Cajun blood than his
Japanese, although none of the accent. This Kitsune-Southern Swift exhibits
all of the habits that make a fox a fox, including a taste for
getting into trouble with others. Practical jokes are a favorite past time,
as well as getting in the last word in every conversation or argument.
usually wherever he goes, his best friend Keith is not far behind,
either for the purpose of keeping him out of trouble... or helping him get
in deeper.
As an Aries, he can be very hot-headed and aggressive,
ready to fight at the drop of a hat. But he's also very passionate,
and dedicated to family and friends. He can often be distrustful, bearing
a sort of "foxsense" about people and situations that's rarely wrong.
A natural warrior, Lance does have a bad tendency
to get in over his head by rushing in too fast or disobeying orders. He
makes excellent use of his sixth sense when in a suspicious situation,
however, and often manages to pull himself, and others, out of the fire
at the last minute.
When it comes to recreation, Lance is very much into
relaxing and causing a bit of mischief in his spare time. While he's
not as much into hunting and stalking as Keith or Hunk, for some reason raiding
henhouses under the cover of darkness is an irresistible source of fun for
him, rarely resulting in more than a few ruffled fowl and some cross
words from the farm owner the next morning. He's also the only person capable
of talking Keith into helping them cause blatant trouble, regardless of the
possible consequences.
The result of a semi-single parent home, his Kitsune
father away constantly at this outpost and
that, his Cajun fox mother raised him for a short
time in New Orleans before moving him to New York City to work for an old
acquaintance of his father who needed someone to watch their young
son while he and his wife were away on missions and expeditions...
And, while you'll probably never get him to admit it offhand, Lance plays
a mean gris-gris on the fiddle or accordion.
